What Are My Payment Options?
- We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
- We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.
- Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.

Always include a daytime phone number and email address (if you have one) so that we can contact you for shipping purposes, and any questions that may arise.
Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.
Purchase Orders and Net Terms - We will happily accept purchase orders from corporate, educational, non-profit and government organizations pending a credit review by our finance and accounting staff. Purchase orders must be signed, bona fide documents that specify both a shipping and billing address; the preferred shipping method; and all relevant costs, including product prices, shipping and handling, and taxes (if applicable). Requisitions, letters, faxes, or memoranda referencing a purchase order number will not be accepted. To place an order by purchase order we must receive the purchase order by fax or postal mail. - The minimum purchase order amount we accept is $100.
- Payment terms are Net 30.
- We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone.
- We cannot accept international purchase orders.
- We cannot process an order until we have received a signed purchase order.
We cannot accept your purchase order unless you agree to these terms. Please feel free call us at (512) 444-2775 with any questions. Please contact Customer Support if you have a preferred payment method that you would like added to our payment options.
* Credit information is not required when the invoice recipient is a government agency or a school.
Store Credit - We happily accept Store Credit issued from Gajoodle.com. Store credit may only be used from the account to which it was originally credited. Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Gift Cards - We accept Gajoodle.com Gift Cards. Buy Gift Cards.
After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Order Confirmation from Gajoodle.com" and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it. We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.
If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may easily and conveniently print a receipt for the order via My Account.
One of the best things about buying through Gajoodle.com is that we do not have to charge sales tax, with a notable exception: orders shipping to Texas will be subject to sales tax. Gajoodle.com is not responsible for individual states' sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state's regulations before you shop.
Using Promotional Codes
When you join our email list, you will become eligible for the various discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items. Should you receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered.
